HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER

• Upto €45,000 per year
• Onsite minimum 3 days a week
• Location – Mannheim

ROLE DETAILS

Based in Mannheim, you will act as the key Health & Safety contact for German operations, working closely with colleagues across multiple European locations. This is not a standalone role — you will be fully integrated into a wider H&S team, contributing to shared priorities, reporting cycles, and compliance initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining accurate H&S document control and site compliance records
• Conducting and reviewing risk assessments, including COSHH
• Reviewing and approving RAMS for contractors and subcontractors
• Coordinating contractor onboarding and SSIP compliance
• Managing DSE assessments and first aid provision
• Supporting ESG data collection and reporting
• Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses
• Coordinating premises compliance in partnership with local building managers

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Previous Health & Safety experience
• Strong administrative capability and confident IT skills
• Experience reviewing risk assessments and contractor documentation
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently within a remote team environment
• Desirable:
• Health & Safety qualification
• First Aid at Work certificate
• Full driving licence
