You'll develop and deliver engaging training programmes for customers, distribution partners and internal technical teams, combining classroom-based learning with practical, hands-on machine training. Working closely with Engineering and R&D teams, you'll help keep training materials aligned with the latest product developments while continuously improving learning programmes and training content. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver classroom and practical technical training for customers, partners and internal engineers
• Develop and maintain technical training programmes, presentations, practical exercises and assessments
• Demonstrate installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures on industrial machinery
• Assess trainee performance through practical exercises, written tests and certification programmes
• Produce and maintain training documentation, learning materials and technical records
• Work closely with Engineering and R&D teams to ensure training content remains aligned with new product developments
• Support the development of digital learning content using modern training methods and LMS platforms

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Experience delivering technical training or supporting customers and colleagues through technical knowledge transfer
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner
• Experience working with industrial machinery, automation or other complex capital equipment
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Comfortable delivering both classroom and hands-on practical training
• Fluent English communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 15–25%)

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

• Experience within Additive Manufacturing, industrial machinery or advanced manufacturing
• Knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, vacuum systems, lasers or industrial automation
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual classroom platforms or digital training tools
• Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
• Dutch or French language skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering or Technical discipline

FIELD TECHNICIAN

You'll play a key role in delivering, commissioning and maintaining network and telecommunications infrastructure at customer sites, ensuring every installation meets the highest technical and quality standards. Working alongside project teams, technical support specialists and installation partners, you'll take ownership of your projects while remaining hands-on throughout.

No two days are the same. One day you could be carrying out site surveys and commissioning new installations, while the next, you'll be fault-finding in live customer environments or supporting subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out site surveys, installations, testing and commissioning of Wi-Fi, data network and telecommunications equipment
• Diagnose faults and perform maintenance across customer network infrastructure
• Lead and support subcontracted installation teams while remaining technically hands-on
• Conduct on-site quality assurance inspections to ensure installations meet standards
• Work closely with Project Managers, NOC and Support teams to resolve technical issues
• Prepare installation documentation including surveys, risk assessments, method statements and commissioning records
• Manage stock, consumables and equipment required for installations
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience within IT, Networking or Telecommunications
• Hands-on experience installing and testing structured cabling including Ethernet, Fibre and Coax
• Experience commissioning network infrastructure and diagnosing faults
• Comfortable working on customer sites and coordinating contractors
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• Full German driving licence
• German language skills with good English communication skills

ROLE DETAILS

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Service Technician to join an innovative engineering company developing specialist equipment for the industrial additive manufacturing sector.

The position is a varied, hands-on role where you'll support the commissioning, servicing and testing of specialist industrial equipment. Approximately 20% of your time will be spent travelling to customer sites across Europe, with the remainder based on-site building test stands, assembling equipment, troubleshooting electrical systems and supporting continuous product improvements.

About the Role

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining Digicon label finishing equipment, converting digitally printed label rolls into finished products.
