GRAPHIC DESIGNER – WIDE / LARGE FORMAT

Location – Australia, Gold Coast

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a practical, solutions-focused Graphic Designer who understands that strong design must also be production-ready.

Working closely with project managers and manufacturing / production teams, you will develop artwork and technical layouts for a wide variety of signage and environmental graphics. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in accuracy.

ROLE DETAILS

• Create artwork for illuminated signage, wall and window graphics, hoardings and wayfinding
• Interpret client brand guidelines and adapt them for real-world application
• Prepare files for large-format print, routing and fabrication
• Produce proofs and visual mock-ups for approval
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient manufacture and install
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines

Skills & experience required

• Background in signage, large-format print or environmental graphics
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills (essential)
• Strong understanding of scale, materials and manufacturing constraints
• Ability to work from plans and site information
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Team player with a proactive attitude

Highly regarded

• Pre-press / print production experience
• Preparing files for CNC or fabrication
• Experience with vehicle or architectural graphics
