The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a practical, solutions-focused Graphic Designer who understands that strong design must also be production-ready.
Working closely with project managers and manufacturing / production teams, you will develop artwork and technical layouts for a wide variety of signage and environmental graphics. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in accuracy.

The opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Team Member to join our manufacturing team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in quality, and works well in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Key responsibilities
- Fabrication and assembly of signage and display components
- Preparing materials for print, cutting, routing and finishing
- Vinyl application and basic graphic installs
- Packing and preparing jobs for dispatch or site installation
- Operating workshop equipment and tools
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Assisting other departments as required to meet deadlines
Skills & experience
- Experience in signage, shopfitting, cabinetmaking or similar trade environment preferred
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual and a team player
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
